We also offer a number of fully ‘hosted’ options, that is where the client only has handsets on the desk, connecting back to our host system.

Simply put – with a system you have a box on the wall – a switchboard, or pbx, with the phones and lines connected to it

With hosted the phones connect to our system server.

Which should you choose? It all depends on the features your business needs.

If you only need one or two handsets choose hosted, if three, four or more handsets are required, give us a call a system might be more applicable.

Mayfair W1 Office Move, a tale of two exchanges

Smartinfo moved an office block containing 4 separate companies from Upper Grosvenor Street, Mayfair W1 next to teh American Embassy, to just the other side of Hyde Park Corner, near the Irish Embassy, Although only a mile in Distance the two streets were served buy two different BT Exchanges, this caused a number of problems for all 3 of the businesses.

Smartinfo moved a rapidly expanding solicitor from Gants Hill, Ilford to Highams Park, Chigwell.

 

Previously the firm had started in Walthamstow, and as the progress and success of the firm had grown on word of mouth and recommendation, for this reason the firms partners were keen to retain all their different geographic numbers, as many friends and family pass contact numbers.

Smartinfo Ltd, a City of London based leading supplier of Alcatel, Mitel and Samsung telephone systems along with electronic surveillance and mobile phone solutions have completed programming changes in the telephone system of a customer in the logistics business.
The customer has operations in Canada and Rotherdam but they are based in Wood Green (postode IG).
What they wanted was when they called a customer in Canada or Rotherdam from the Wood Green office that the recipient of the call was presented with a Local Number at the point of destination. The programming has now been completed and is working successfully.
The customer now reports that there business in these area are now improving because of the apparent regular access to key executives at any time.
