Anyway I don’t care because whether you are successful or not I will still be a millionaire”
This guy runs a successful company and has a high staff turnover.
He has not grasped the fact that he could be much more successful if his leadership was more inclusive and appreciative of the work people do for him. Our ex-associate did not stay. He found the management structure and attitude was abhorrent to him.
