Smartinfo have installed a new Phone System on the trendy new outpost of a small bar group on Hackney Road, east london.
The chain of 3 trendy pub / bars in East London had 2 main requirements.
To link the 3 bars
Centralise the booking of bands in one, deal with food and drink supplies in another, restaurant bookings
To have cordless in all the bars, with roaming ability between locations
Full functional transparency, that is name showing on phone screens, directory access, voicemail indication
A voip system was installed in the main branch with a VPN linking the three sites, with Wifi and a few wall mounted phones with larger displays on as the main bar phone (as all cordless phones can go missing. The cordless phones are wifi all running off the same subnet, so manager can take phones between branches.

The office system has been installed and the staff have trialled all the extensions remotely and are delighted with how easy it is to connect to the office and continue to work as normal from home.
