A) Refer to user guide or contact the office for faxed/emailed instructions
Q) I cannot dial out!
A) Do you have a dial tone? If so try dialling 1280 before the number to see if this makes any difference. Report a fault to 0207 377 9243.
Q) My phone is not ringing
A) Check that the phone has not been put into DND - press DND button if one on the phone or dial 553 (LDK System) 53 (GDK system)
Q) My phone is crackling and or buzzing how can I stop this?
A) Swap the hand piece over with one from another phone to check whether a replacement hand piece is needed
Q) What happens if I have DCOB fault in the display of my phone and it keeps ringing?
A) Dial 65 to stop the ringing and phone BT to report a fault with your ISDN circuit(s)
Q) How do I activate/deactivate the headset on my phone
A) Press TRANS button and then dial 57
Q) What Balun do I need for my fax?
A) PABX Master's are used for fax machines and analogue phones, Secondary baluns are for digital phones.

A) Press TRANS button, Press flex key, enter the extn number that you want under that button and press HOLD/SAVE
