Single User accounts - Modem

* Are there any lights on the modem (check for ADSL light)?

* Is there a dial tone on the line that the ADSL is connected to?

* Check for noise on the line

* Check the username and password is correct

* Check that the modem is connected correctly to the PC and phone line.

* Check that it's powered on

* Are there any error messages appearing when trying to connect

Multi User accounts - Router
