Access Academy
The Smartinfo Access Academy was launched in partnership with an access to employment charity to help deprived areas, initially focussed in Londons East End.
We have an intake of ten students, pre or post graduate, who have both the drive and desire to work in commercial roles in the City and Greater London.
Upon selection candidates are put through a rigorous four month training program giving a grounding in all technical aspects of our portfolio. Upon Graduation candidates are thrown in at the deepend and liaising with clients from day one. After initial grounding in our business, clients can develop into a number of roles from New Business Development or Account Management or further Academy training to become a fully qualified engineer.
