Frequently when we are invited to make a proposal to install new communications telephone system for a customer they request an overview on their network infra structure as part of the project. One of our customers who has a large number of computers on site but no server or IT support on the site. They were continuously blaming everything except the obvious cause of the problem. We did a detailed analysis of the buildings complex and proposed the use of Google cloud services as a solution to resolve most of the issues. It is simple to operate but it does take a little time to get used to the change of working practices. Now they have been using the new system for a couple of months the customer says they should have taken our advice ages ago when we first proposed it.
There was no procrastinating from the customer in Twickenham when we supplied and installed a Samsung phone system and set them up in the Google cloud service.
The customer said ”We love the flexibility all the new methods and the Samsung phone system has given us in operating our business we can work remotely but have access to all our files no matter where we are. We also can have a remote telephone extension that is just the same as being in the office. Smartinfo did a fantastic job.”
